Starting January 1, 2012 online filing of Connecticut annual reports will be mandatory. Pursuant to Public Act 11-146, “An Act Concerning Business Entity Filings”, all annual reports must be filed online. Previously all annual reports were mailed to the company business address. Businesses will no longer be able to request or receive paper reports for filing.
