Accumera LLC may use third-party payment processors, including Authorize.Net, to process credit card, debit card, eCheck, ACH, or other electronic payments. Secure Payments
Accumera LLC uses third-party payment processing services to help provide secure online payment options. Authorize.Net or another payment processor may manage the routing and processing of sensitive payment information through credit card, eCheck, ACH, or other payment networks.
Although Accumera LLC works with established payment processors, no online transmission or electronic payment method can be guaranteed to be completely secure. Users should review the privacy policy and security practices of any third-party payment processor used to submit payment.
Order Cancellation and Refund Policy
Orders may be cancelled for a full refund, less any payment processing fees, only if cancellation is requested before work has begun and before any filing fees, government fees, shipping fees, courier fees, taxes, publication fees, third-party costs, or other disbursements have been incurred.
If work has already begun, Accumera LLC may issue a partial refund of service fees based on the work performed, time spent, and status of the order. Any filing fees, government fees, taxes, publication fees, registered agent fees, licensing fees, courier fees, shipping charges, third-party costs, or other disbursements already paid or incurred on the client’s behalf are not refundable.
Once documents, filings, applications, or requests have been submitted to a government agency, filing office, court, licensing authority, publication provider, courier, registered agent provider, translator, apostille/authentication authority, or other third party, related fees and costs are generally non-refundable.
Refunds, when approved, will be processed using the payment method or refund method determined by Accumera LLC. Payment processing fees charged by credit card, debit card, eCheck, ACH, or other payment processors may be deducted from any refund where permitted.
Shipping and Delivery
Accumera LLC may use mail, courier, overnight delivery, electronic delivery, client portal upload, email, or other delivery methods depending on the service and document type.
Accumera LLC is not responsible for lost, stolen, delayed, misdelivered, or damaged packages once documents have been transferred to a mail carrier, courier, delivery service, government agency, or third party. Shipping insurance, tracking, or special delivery services may be available upon request and may involve additional fees.

Many services provided by Accumera LLC require interaction with government agencies, courts, filing offices, licensing authorities, registered agent networks, correspondents, couriers, translators, payment processors, publication providers, or other third parties.
