Most states require corporations, limited liability companies, and other registered business entities to maintain a registered agent and registered office in the state where the entity is formed or registered to do business.

As your registered agent, we provide the required registered office address for receipt of service of process and official state communications. This may include legal notices, state correspondence, annual or periodic report notices, tax notices, and other official communications sent to the registered agent address.

Registered agent services are limited to official registered agent communications and do not include general mail forwarding, business mail receipt, virtual office services, or use of the registered agent address as the company’s principal business address unless a separate service is arranged.
