Effective April 15, 2001, the District of Columbia Department of Consumer & Regulatory Affairs (DCRA) has stopped providing pre-printed forms for the required two-year report filings. The DCRA will continue to notify the company’s registered agent of the required filings. If Accumera LLC provides your company with annual registered agent services we will notify you via e-mail when your entity’s report is due.
