Mail Forwarding Services (DE & NY)

Registered agent services are limited to the receipt and forwarding of service of process, legal notices, and certain official government communications sent to the registered agent address. In some cases, a business may also need a mailing address for general business mail.
For registered agent clients in Delaware and New York, Accumera offers separate mail forwarding services. This service allows clients to use an Accumera address for approved business mail and have mail handled according to the selected service level.
Mail Forwarding Services may include:
- Receipt of approved business mail at an Accumera address;
- Scanning and electronic delivery through Accumera’s online portal;
- Email notification when mail is available;
- Optional forwarding of original hard copies, if requested;
- Temporary retention of original mail before shredding or forwarding; and
- A convenient mailing address option for businesses that need a New York or Delaware mail presence.
Mail Forwarding Services are separate from registered agent services and may be subject to additional terms, fees, and usage limitations. The service does not replace the company’s obligation to maintain accurate principal office, tax, licensing, banking, or regulatory addresses where required.
