Frank Orlando, Managing Member / Owner
Frank developed his work ethic at a young age building Modular Homes with his father from age 14 to his own home at 21. With his Psychology and Sociology Degree from SUNY Albany, 16 years in the industry and being one of Accumera’s Notary’s he brings to the table a diverse background that he believes allows him to fully understand his client’s needs and decipher the best way to meet those needs. If asked, he would tell you that Accumera is unique in that “we care very much about our clients and their businesses they are forming. This personal connection helps us advise them without profit being the main concern and we will not try to sell a service that we feel will not benefit them!”
When you meet Frank, it is immediately obvious that he takes great pride in Accumera and what it does for its clients. He says one of his biggest contributions to the company, on a daily basis, is his desire to help clients fix problems, which he does by researching creative solutions. He hates to have to say “it can’t be done.” Although, he jokes that his current specialties now days are as Accumera’s Chief Cook and Bottle Washer.
Frank has a few hobbies that mainly revolve around his family and kids; such as hunting, fishing and camping. He also claims that he often pretends…to play guitar. His interest in these activities may or may not have been what led him to take up the mantel of Assistant Cubmaster after his oldest of two boys joined the Cub Scouts. If you ever go to lunch or dinner with Frank, he will tell you that he eats just about anything so long as it doesn’t have swiss cheese or black olives.
The strangest thing in Frank’s desk is a Homer Simpson 3d Paper Sculpture – which reminds him of how he first watched them on “The Tracey Ullman Show.”
Some of you may have had the pleasure of meeting Heather at one of the several trade shows that Accumera attends. She has been working with Accumera for 3 plus years. From processing your new formations, sales tax applications, business license applications or renewals, setting up Accumera as your Registered Agent to filing annual reports, this extremely organized and proficient young woman often surprises clients with both her in-depth knowledge and the efficiency with which she processes their orders. It’s no wonder our clients are always asking for her.
She says what she believes to be most special about Accumera is that we are a small personable company and that when you reach out you get a person who, answers the phone and wants to, and with a few exceptions, has the ability to help you with all of our services, not an automated system. It is rare to find someone who cares as much about their clients and the quality of her work as Heather does.
Heather’s hobbies are mainly reading and baking. She says “I love to bake all sorts of desserts.” Accumera employees are pleasantly supplied with many of her cookies, pies and cakes that she makes from scratch. It most certainly gives them another reason to look forward to their birthday! When she is not baking, reading or keeping the office in order you will find Heather helping with the Special Olympics, participating in the Walk for MS, the Race for the Cure or doing her part as a member of the Lymphoma or Leukemia Societies. Her favorite meals involve Italian foods and chicken. Hold the onions please.
The strangest thing in Heather’s desk would be her blanket and heating pad.
Monica Kiley, Customer Service Representative
Often Monica is the first voice many of our clients hear from Accumera. From filing new formations mainly in NY, NJ and DE to following up with new and current clients she handles her work with a passion. She brings to Accumera 15 years of quality customer service and truly enjoys helping our clients.
She believes that the two most unique things about Accumera are how we strive to give every client our very best and the continual influx of new clients that come from the referrals of our existing clients. She takes pride in the fact that one of our first Yelp reviews came from a client who was simply astounded with how professionally and swiftly she handled one of his new formations.
Being a mother of two active children Monica is always on the move either taking her son to basketball, baseball and football practice or her daughter to cheerleading, soccer and gymnastics she never seems to stop. Yet she still finds time to volunteer as team medic for her son’s football team or Room Parent for their classrooms, chaperoning for their field trips and even bringing her children with her to church for its events that help feed the homeless. All of this makes it understandable that she says her main hobby is cleaning…
Monica will tell you she loves all foods which is evidenced by the strangest thing in her desk which would be, according to her, “every kind of snack you can think of.”
Tobin R. Bush, Business Development Representative
Our newest member of Accumera, Tobin, brings a diverse background of experience to the team. He obtained his B.S. in English & Creative Writing from SUNY Oneonta, an M.S. in Publishing & Writing from Emerson College and his MBA from the Keller Graduate School of Management as well an Associate’s Degree in Graphic Design from Penn Foster College. Having begun his career as a recruiter before becoming an editor, later starting a publishing company and more recently a Sports Apparel company of his own, he understands what it takes to get your business going.
He believes that the most important thing that Accumera brings to the table is its passion to get it right and make each order an opportunity for its client’s further success. While Tobin may be new to the industry, he has been able to help our business on several fronts; in large part, because if he doesn’t have the answers he is not afraid to use Accumera’s combined 35 years of experience to get them so that he may better assist our clients.
When he is not working at Accumera, Tobin is either in the gym, playing competitive darts, recreational softball and promoting his Sports Apparel, or hiking with his wife and young daughter. He is known to run (he claims no-one, besides himself, would call it running) two or three 5K’s, with his daughter, each year as a way to keep himself on target with his healthy living goals. All of his favorite meals involve chicken and lasagna and he adamantly states that Caffe Italia is the best Italian he has found in Albany.
The strangest thing in Tobin’s desk would be his Kung-Fu shoes that he wears inside on rainy days.
